3 bedrooms available at this adorable split-level 3BR 1 full bath home. Great location, A Serene neighborhood great for walking, running, biking and just enjoying nature. Minutes from BNA airport (8 miles), 7-10 mins to Summit Medical Center (2.9 miles) 20-26 mins to TriStar Skyline Medical Group (14.2 miles) 23-27 mins to TriStar Southern Hills Hospital (13.9 miles), 25 mins to Centennial Medical Center (16.3 miles) 25 mins to Vanderbilt Medical Center (16.7 miles) 29 mins to Stonecrest Medical Center (26.8 miles). A variety of restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores, and retail shopping. 15 mins to Mt. Juliet Providence shopping and movie theatre. 20 Minutes to downtown Nashville; close to Opry Mills Mall & the Opry. Plenty of parking; Enjoy spacious attached upper deck and lower patio in the fenced in shaded backyard as well as front porch seating with attached deck. The house comes with all utilities included, such as WIFI, electricity, trash, lawn care. Smoke free environment. The living space and 2 of the 3 bedrooms include TVs with Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. All new furniture, bedding and linens.
Deposit is fully refundable with no damage or missing items, left move in clean, proper 30 day notice or established end date
There is no maid service. You are renting a room and share a house with others and everyone is responsible to leave the kitchen and bathroom spotless for the next guest and share General housekeeping. Failure to do this and we will ask you to leave and you will lose your deposit. It takes a team effort to live in a shared home and to keep things clean and organized for everyone.
