“The layout is idea”

“I booked a proper double bedroom, but on arrival I was given a tiny twin room with two single beds. When I raised the issue, the hotel simply said that it was in the same category and available at the same price. That does not change the fact that I had specifically booked a double room and was given a different type of room.”

“We received a lovely welcome on arrival and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We stayed in a beautiful double room with generous coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided for. The fridge was appreciated - kept the sparkling water and fresh milk nice and cold. Fabulous spacious bathroom with gorgeous shower, luxurious towels, toiletries and bath robes. The room was refreshed for our second night so lovely to return to after a busy day out. Enjoyed the……

“Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. I had a wet shave waiting for it to heat up so shave was in cold water and shower was……
