“Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.”

“I only stayed for one night before traveling, and the room they gave me was adequate. There was some noise from the outside that was a bit annoying in the morning, however, you are in Jerusalem and there is construction everywhere so it is to be expected. My only complaint about the room is that they did not supply some plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. “We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself.……
