“The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again.”

“The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent.”

“A comfortable house ideally located for a city break with the advantage of off street parking.Family and pet friendly although the stairs were steep but typical of a Victorian property.Thoughtfully converted with a high standard of decor good and very comfortable sofas and beds.”
