“We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at Batis Beach Hotel. Our room had two balconies, and one had a partial view of the beach. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and it's located close to many restaurants and shops. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was great. Fresh cooked eggs with yogurt, fruit, and breads. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions! “Sehr schönes kleines Hotel und Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Shops, sowie Strand gut erreichbar. Bestes Frühstücksbuffet, dass ich je auf Kreta gesehen habe, sehr liebevoll alles hergerichtet. Das Hotel ist klein aber Oho, auch Doppelzimmer und Bad eher sehr klein geraten.”

“We had a great stay. Hotel was sparkling clean. Lovely pool and simple but very good breakfast with freshest vegetables and feta every day. Coffee machine worked well and the options for coffee were fantastic. Plenty of parking near hotel, and a nice village and great beach in walking distance were of course what we came for. I wish we stayed even longer. ”

“Sehr ruhige und schön gepflegte Anlage mit 100 Prozent Erholungsfaktor. Sehr geschmacklich schön eingerichtete geräumige Zimmer. Großes Badezimmer und Balkon mit wunderschönen Meerblick. Sehr gute und ausreichende Essenauswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ausgezeichneter Service. Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Waren rund um sehr zufrieden. Es gibt / gab wirklich absolut nichts zu bemängeln außer das ich mich frage wieso dieses Hotel……

“Das Hotel ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll, unser Zimmer sehr schön und mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück ist großartig, täglich wechselnde frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und weitere Gebäckteilchen machen Appetit. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations. We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience. We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward.”
