Our room #128: shower head clogged-had to use hand held. Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128.
Our AC kept our room cool,however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management.
Air conditioner from above floor dripped onto our patio right next to……
“Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Matala. Check in distanziert und wenige, eher lustlose Infos. Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, leider hatte man eher das Gefühl, das dass unsere Schuld war. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, das Bad schön mit ordentlich Wasserdruck. Balkon eher lieblos, kein einziger Schattenplatz, nur durch eine kleine Mauer vom Nachbarn abgetrennt. Dadurch kaum Nutzbar und zudem laut. Strom funktioniert nur mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte. Pool nur zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr geöffnet.……

“Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war nicht zeitgemäß, das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren klein, die Dusche winzig und das Wasser lief über, die Wassergläser winzig und nicht zu gebrauchen, Klimaanlage nur gegen Aufpreis, die Betreiber waren wenig herzlich und hilfsbereit, der Stil unangemessen, das Frühstück dürftig, noch gerade vertretbar, Haus und Garten und der Pool sind hübsch und nett angelegt, die Lage zum Ort gut, allerdings ein Auto- und Motorradverleih auf der anderen Straßenseite mit……
