“No towel service, crazy small room that they crammed a shower, washer, and toilet. You had to step around/squeeze by the washer to get to the toilet. You’re practically standing in the shower when using the sink. Water everywhere on floor. Ridiculous service in fixing the leak. We actually checked out after one night out of the 5 scheduled days. All they said was thank you, no sorry for the inconvenience. Plus tv has no channels. Nothing. Not even local. ”

"服務不錯，地點也算方便！ 剛進到大廳的時候覺得非常的氣派，實際辦理入住的時候才發現到我選的是在本館的套房° 服務人員耐心地跟我解說內容，可能是我的語文能力還不夠好，沒有辦法完全理解。再者，比較可惜的是並沒有跟我說是否可以使用本管的餐飲服務等等，所以我入住的這幾天就沒有特別過去享用他們的餐點° 入住後，房間算乾淨，設備比較基本，但是基本上該有的毛巾都有，只是毛巾有一點髒髒的感覺，不知道是不是因為房間的燈光比較昏暗的關係° 洗澡水柱稍微弱了一點，因為沒有準備室內拖鞋，腳濕濕的踩到房間會覺得有一種滑滑、黏黏的感覺，之後就去買了一雙室內拖鞋了…冷氣會涼，但是聲音稍微大聲° 小插曲是，我一開始拿到的房卡根本無法進入房間，再告知櫃檯後，你處理了兩三次才完成，但服務人員還是非常有耐心的幫我解決這個問題！"
