One Expedia specific warning: if your confirmation says you can take a free drink from the minibar don’t believe the hype. The hotel management had never heard of this and couldn’t honor it.”
“We had a lovely stay! The suite was as described, very clean and spacious. The staff are excellent, and the breakfast is varied. The spa area can get quite busy, but it is great to have it included in the stay. Thank you!”
“Very very loud rooms -- there's a club across the street and no sound protection, so we actually had to leave a couple hours after we arrived. The Manager/COO was not very understanding nor apologetic, which made us sad.
Restaurant was delicious though! maybe just go for the food, but don't stay there?”
