“Had very bad time with the room.The day they were to complete clean and change everything, We came back to room in evening,once inside,Bed had been stripped, Pillows stacked on lamp,Bedspread rolled up in front of t v.That's all that was done, plus No new towels,When I went to check in counter,to tell them about problem,They didn't even have a key to linen room ,for them to make bed...So,They moved us to another room upstairs..so next day out,we had put towels and garbage out in morning,Came……
