“I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. The date on my room got changed so they sold my room so when I got there at 2am I had no room or place to sleep had to book a room for the night somewhere else at 2am that was extremely frustrating and were rude to me.
