“I booked here for a week. The fridge in the room is a very tiny fridge so if you’re planning to bring things to put in the fridge for the week you will not have enough space. The room also does not have a microwave so if you plan to heat anything up you will not be able to do so conveniently in your room. You will have to go down to the lobby and use the microwave that isn’t very clean. They have a sign that says they clean the bed sheets everyday unless you have the do not disturb hang tag on……

“Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub.
