“Great location! Perfect for a couple.”

“The place is beautiful. Lots of nooks and crannies to escape by yourself and not be on top of others. The kitchen was fully stocked and completely renovated. We enjoyed the coffee/wine bar. We used the fire pit as well. I would say the only take aways is that the stairs were tough to navigate for my 88 year old mom and the house is situated right off a busy road. Finally, great that you can walk to the footpath and be in the heart of the town. Would recommend to others!!!”

“If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!”

“5 stars! Couples trip and we were thrilled with what we arrived to after a drive from upstate NY. Super cute, clean, safe - and so convenient to everything as stated! Host is very responsive and available - everything was as stated! “The cottage was great but the check-in was very stressful. Owner did not send email with info until Saturday morning and it went to my Spam folder. No one was on site when I first got there but someone working in the garden got hold of the owner and let me in. Website says check-in was after 3PM but owner said it was 5PM. Needs to update that on website. After a10-hour drive I was not happy.”

“The location was a 10 minute drive from Boothbay and the rooms were newly renovated and very cute. But some of the furniture was coming apart during normal use. Biggest concerns were as follows:1. Very poor communication from host. They didn't provide us with entry information until the morning of, and didn't answer our messages. We ended up calling VRBO the night before as we were scared from the lack of contact. They got ahold of the host who finally answered us the night before arrival. At……
