Beachside 3bedroom home plus studio & a big swim spa in awesome New Smyrna Beach

Welcome to Beachside! Brew your morning coffee and walk to the end of the block to see turtles, dolphins and pelicans along with the sunrise. We are few blocks away from a charming downtown with shopping and bustling nightlife. There are great restaurants within walking distance and if you choose to rent our golf cart, your choices double. Our town is an old surfing mecca with drivable beach. Our home is private due to its layout and separate studio. Outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill. Parking Max 4 cars in our driveway. Due to beach traffic, street parking is often ticketed. Please remember that our pool maintenance happens around lunch hour most days of the week for your safety.
If you’re traveling with your pet, PLEASE don’t allow them on our sofas or beds and remember to pick up after them in the yard. Even though we do love all fur babies, we’ve had to address these issues in the past.
