“The space was very clean and tidy. Perfect for a couples weekend. Walking distance to the falls and restaurant and shops was great especially since parking near falls is very expensive. Parking at the apartment was perfect. The host had great communication. Would highly recommend. ”

“Here are several things to be improved or wrongfully described. Without these improvements, it’s not worth to stay at the requested room rates.
1. The host needs to clearly describe the apartment unit locates in basement.
2. Not luxurious at all at a fair appraisal.
3. The entire house smells fungi.
4. The interior walls need to be painted.
5. The shower booth leaks due to broken seals.
6. No frypans, boiling/cooking pots, washing detergent, etc, were provided.

“The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It said scenic views but the windows are block windows so there was no view. That said, the location was phenomenal. We were close to the tourist stuff BUT Queen Street has everything. From local businesses to restaurants, bars and even a Halloween party in the streets! We absolutely loved the shops, the people and the atmosphere of the location. Things were very walkable and we had so much fun seeing things we would've otherwise not……

“The host, Neil, seemed very nice but the apt. was bot very clean. The place smelled of cat urine, there was cat hair on the table, hand prints on the walls, mirrors dirty, when we pulled blanket back there were stains on sheets. Recliner was dirty spots. The pool had a hose in it...hot tub had so much chlorine you could barely breathe. I was VERY dissatisfied, I could have brought my camper but was excited for the hot tub and couldn't even use it. We left at 11:30 pm cuz we were NOT sleeping on……
