Welcome to REINE MARIE TERRASSE, a top-floor apartment with a large sunny terrace.
Ideally located in Nice's prestigious Carré d'Or district, right in the center of town, just a few meters from the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, this apartment offers an exceptional setting for your stay.
The bright living room opens onto an open-plan kitchen. The bedroom, equipped with a TV, opens onto a modern bathroom with toilet, separated by a glass roof and a curtain for greater privacy. A separate toilet.
All this gives access to the spacious terrace, ideal for enjoying a glass of rosé at the end of the day, under the Côte d'Azur sky.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on local climate and the building manager.
