“The apartment was very modern and well furnished. I’ve traveled a lot and would struggle to find something like this for the price. It had everything you would need and was easy to check-in. Very professionally run. ”

“Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen und liegt zwischen Larnaca und Limassol, sodass man mit dem Auto diese zügig ansteuern kann. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gepflegt und haben insgesamt überzeugt. In fußläufiger Nähe gibt es eine Taverne und ein MiniMarkt, sodass man grds nicht aus Tochni müsste, um das nötigste einzukaufen. Strände sind mit dem Auto in circa 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze vorhanden. Als Ausflugstipp empfehle ich die Donkey Farm, die in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu……

“The lady at the reception was lovely. We had a late flight going back, so leaving our luggage there after check-out was very helpful. Great location. There's a bus from the airport (2.43 Euros pp) taking very close to the hotel, if you wish to save the cab money. ”

“The property has all the necessary equipment and furnishings. All beds are very comfortable and plenty of storage space. Very easy access to the motorway. I would definitely go back.”

“Tolles Studio inmitten der Altstadt.Lage Top,alles leicht zu Fuß oder mit den Bussen erreichbar.Mini Markt, div. Take away in 3min zu erreichen. Wir wurden vorweg per Mail vom Vermieter über alles Interessante informiert.Direkt hinter der Lazarus Kirche, Abfahrt Airport Bus, alle 20 min. Würde es sofort wieder buchen ! Manuela Österreich ”

“Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. ”

“The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.”

“Schönes, modernes Appartement wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus allerdings ist alt und abgewohnt. Es wohnen dort halt einheimische Menschen aller Couleur, was ja auch einen gewissen Reiz hat. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, die Hauptstraße hörbar. Die zentrumsnahe Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der touristischen Marina entfernt, ist ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.”

“No bedding for the sofa bed..it advertises a sofa bed. My grandson was not going to share a bed with me so i had to leave the heating on to keep warm. 1 towel each for 4 days. Not acceptable. No iron although an ironing board was there. Cupbard handles and all switches filthy. Took photos but it eont let me add them. Also no hot water xmas day for some reason.”

“I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again ”

“Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. Makariou 3 (M3) from Arch. Kyprianou (AK) to have WiFi; (5) both buildings in a state of disrepair;……

“Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing.....……

“Keys were not in the lock box when I arrived to check in. Customer phone number was not answered; I had to call their shuttle service number, which they answered promptly to speak with someone to resolve the missing keys problem.”

“Good value for money , however there was no conact details for the property and the number provided didnt work. Very hard place to find and could do with a pest control visit for the cockroaches”

“The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia.”

“It’s nice and what’s nice is that it is a walkable distance from the finikoodis bus station where we can catch the intercity bus or any bus to the mall or what not ”
