"Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip. "A very simple property in Leh but really good value. And the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They even stored our luggage for us as we went for an 8-day trek. The location is also perfect for exploring the main downtown plaza. Simple facilities but the staff more than make up for this."

"The stay at this property was excellent. Right from the reception to room service to the restaurant service and the ambiance around was outstanding. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to. Overall, a great place and wonderful stay and experience. Thanks"
