This charming holiday home in Zaton is ideal for a relaxing family holiday in Croatia. It is located just 500 m from the sandy beach and combines a central location with a quiet, green environment.   
  
The accommodation offers an outdoor pool, a garden with a children's playground, and barbecue facilities. In total, 9 residential units are available for up to 30 people, including apartments for 2 to 6 people and guest rooms for 2 people. Each apartment has bedrooms, a living kitchen with a sofa bed, terrace, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included, and breakfast can be optionally booked.   
  
The apartments offer parking facilities on site, baby beds upon request, and are particularly family-friendly. The pool and barbecue area are open to all guests. The hosts speak German and Croatian and ensure a pleasant and personal atmosphere.
