“Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice.
Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby.
We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date.
We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍”

“The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. “因為轉機的關係，我們巴士到達二世谷的時間已是晚上10點半，飯店非常貼心還特地派專車到巴士站載我們，讓我們免去在雪地裡大包小包行李及奔波的辛苦。房間很有設計感也非常乾淨，該有的小設備從bose藍牙喇叭到廚房的電鍋及洗衣機等一應俱全，而且都是很好的品牌的電器，用的很開心。冰箱裡甚至還幫我們準備了果汁牛奶培根及奶油及麵包等等，非常貼心。飯店距離雪場也還算近，走路3分鐘就可以到市區，6分鐘可以到雪場，非常方便。但飯店還是很貼心的提供接送服務，甚至是去餐廳或是其他地方，只要提早預約，甚至可以直接從另一個雪場接我們回飯店，不要小看這服務，在旺季的時間，在當地可是連要花錢叫Uber都叫不到的！非常棒的服務，非常喜歡^^”

“Liked the 2-night stay at Ryoan! The apartment occupying the whole building floor gives a good sense of privacy and security. It is spacious with all facilities and two toilets, much needed for a family trip. Cooking utensils were probably not properly used by other users and the scratches made us not want to use. “My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell.
The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. ”

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at 11am, but the cafe staff managed to cook us eggs with toast despite we were 5 minutes late to breakfast. The cafe also serves amazing coffee! Overall really great experience!"
