“Caroline and her team were the best! Super fast to respond to any questions we had! Check in and out was a breeze! The pool was perfect - covered in sunshine all day! Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beds were cozy. 10 minute drive to the beach (or a quick, free trolley ride). Great place to stay in Miami!!”

“The downtown views are awesome. Check-in was a breeze. The host is exceptional, incredibly responsive—I'd certainly return. Regarding the unit, the bed was cozy, and they provided ample essentials (shampoo, soap, lotion, coffee, seasonings, cleaning supplies, etc.). The only downside was the strong noise from the air conditioning unit.”

“Newly renovated studio apartment located in North Bay Village. It was supper clean and well equipped with pats and pans as well as some essentials: salt, pepper, etc., for our short stay. It is about 5 minutes’ drive from the beach and has very nice view of Miami’s skyline. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony and watch boats in and out of a small marina. The community pool was very clean and was not crowded at all. But what made our stay at the apartment so special is its host. Mona……

“This host is TERRIBLE. Avoid him at all costs. The apartment is dirty. He made me wait until 10 pm during check-in saying the cleaner canceled on him and he had to get a new one. However the cleaner never came. I checked-in on the dirtiest apartment ever. He said he will refund me the money but never replied once I checked out. VRBO customer service also are not helpful. They don't do anything. Useless Company. Scammers. AVOID AT ALL COST!!”

“When i showed up to the property to check in , there was nobody there. I called a for sale sign and the agent was nice enough to contact the owner. The owner called me.back. i texted him a copy of my reservation in which he told.me my reservation looked like a scam and that he already had the Villa booked. He suggested i contact Travelocity. Travelocity was no help before or after. Everytime i wrote to them asking for help.contacting the host , they would write and say they were……

“Worst stay of my life. The water isnt hot at all, theres an ant infestation which pest control had to be sent, they charge you an extra 20$ at checkin, and the wall is falling apart with mold on it. If you're asthmatic or pregnant do not even bother the mold is bad for you. We were refunded half of our money but thats besides the point, the money doesnt cover us having to stay somewhere else when our room was already booked 3 months in advance.”
