“It’s a quiet place in a very busy area, safe , clean , 5 min walk from the beach. Manager was on the top of the things to follow up with room service. I recommend!”

“The Ithaca had caught a fire so they moved me to the meridian hotel, which was nice! Staff were great surroundings were beautiful only problem that I had was it was no elevator and no microwave in the rooms.”

“Pros: Nice small boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. The restaurant is fantastic. Across the street is $20 parking for 24 hours. The pool at the sister hotel is great if you can get a lounge chair in the shade. They clean the room each day. Location is perfect for walking north, south or to the beach. Alfonso is the best. Cons: 35$ Fee for beach use umbrella/lounge chair. No iron/board in room. No large mirror in room ( to see if my shoes match my outfit ). No breakfast. Our room faced Collins……

“An incredibly cozy place with a great location and clean facilities; plus, the service from the entire team is exceptionally friendly and respectful.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at The Prime Hotel. We experienced a serious safety issue when someone was able to access our room without permission, leaving us feeling unsafe. The initial response from staff was inadequate, and although a later staff member was more helpful in relocating us to a different room, the situation should never have happened. Overall, the lack of security and poor handling of our concerns made this a stressful experience, and I would not stay here again.”

“We only stayed for one night before driving down to the keys for my birthday but we really enjoyed our stay at The Local House. All of the staff were incredibly kind and they even blew up balloons and decorated our room for my birthday. Considering how busy the area was, the rooms were incredibly quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The only complaint we would have is that the bathrooms are slightly outdated in comparison to the bedrooms but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and……
