This meticulously updated historic home features two large bedrooms, both with luxury ensuite bathrooms. The open living area has everything you will need to gather, cook, and dine, or you could choose to use the gas grill and dine al fresco in the courtyard. Guests of all ages will enjoy the recreational activities available in the fully fenced outdoor space - a putting green, bocce court, cornhole, frisbee golf, and a gas fire pit. For those who prefer to be inside, the pool table in the game room will not disappoint.
Please note that there is a detached garage in the backyard used by the owner for storage. Above the garage there is a one-bedroom apartment that is also rented out. The backyard and its amenities are shared between the guests of the main house and the garage apartment.
The property features:
Private Parking – The vaulted car port fits two cars and two more can park behind them in the driveway. Please reserve the space closest to the fence for the guests staying in the garage apartment.
A Vibrant Outdoor Courtyard – The fully fenced yard is centered around a concrete patio with a gas grill and two picnic tables with parasol umbrellas. There’s also a putting green, a bocce court, corn hole, frisbee golf, and a seating area with a gas powered fire pit. You can also choose to enjoy the historic neighborhood and mature trees from the front porch.
A Light-Filled Living Area – The open floor plan of the house consists of a sitting area with a large leather sectional and Roku TV, an office work area, an open dining area, and a gourmet kitchen.
A Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen - The kitchen is centered around a huge quartz kitchen island with enough space for several chefs to cook together. It has a gas range, a 48-bottle wine fridge, Ninja air fryer/oven, and just about everything you could need to make an awesome meal, including a full spice drawer, dry goods, oils, vinegars, condiments, and dry goods. Whole bean coffee and Keurig machines are provided.
2 Comfortable Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms – Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, providing everyone with the luxury of privacy. The primary bedroom has a king-sized platform bed, mid-century dresser, ensuite walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom in the main house has a queen-sized bed and connects to the second bathroom, which was recently renovated with artisan Spanish tile and a walk-in shower. This bathroom has a second door that opens into the hallway, allowing guest access.
Laundry Facilities - There is a washer and dryer, free to use, located within the walk-in closet of the primary bedroom.
A Music-Themed Game Room – Adjacent to the detached garage in the backyard is a second apartment that has been converted into a fun hang out space with a pool table, large TV, musical instruments, stereo system, a dart board, and a dance floor. This area is shared with the garage apartment guests.
