“Great location, amazing service, will be back!”

“Most important thing for me when staying somewhere is it has to be clean, this place was spotless. Has all the appliances you will need and a ton of kitchen utensils. A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars.”

“Cottage was so cozy a d very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet area after a busy day visiting the area. Would definitely book again.”

“We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!”

“Nice hotel! Comfortable beds. Rooms are clean and appear well maintained. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good price point for the location. It’s located about 5 minutes from the Williamsburg Vistor center. Very nice! My wife and I spent a long anniversary weekend here. We would stay here again!”

“We had three people booked, couldn't get showers bc of no hot water. Only two towels. The complimentary breakfast was literally apples and granola bars”

“Unfortunately the bathroom was not up to par at all, there was hair all through the shower, the tub did not drain within the hour we allowed between showers, the curtain was gross at the bottom and you could see mold on the walls. The pictures on the website were way more attractive than what we got, we must’ve gotten the oldest/most unupdated room possible.”

“Great stay! Presidential sweet we were very very happy.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
