“The hotel is definitely 5 star! Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful! Went to eat at the blue oak grill and was disappointed. Was brought the wrong meal and burger was very dry. Even after the manager apologized I should have been given at least a free drink, nope a dollar off only! I would stay there again, just not eat there. Also, why don’t you have a pool?????? A resort usually has a pool! You need to see what resort casinos in Connecticut have- Foxwoods does it right!”

“After driving 12 hrs and exhausted we finally arrived to checking to our room that we booked a week ahead. Only to find out they only check in guest from 3 to 6 pm , this was not made clear on the booking site ! This is a hotel . My children and I had no where to sleep in the dead of night with no cell phone signal in the middle of nowhere at 11 at night . After no success in reaching the hotel staff we needed up driving a
Treacherous Road almost hit six deer but finally found a town two hours……
