“Had a great stay in Bear Ridge at Fox Lakeview Lodge on Fox Lake! There for a short fishing trip with my son and some of his friends. Communication with the owner and Christina their supervisor prior to our stay was quick and easy. The room and sleeping options were exactly what we needed for our group of five. Plenty of room for bags, fishing gear, and space to relax. Really a LARGE place to stay! Aside from the accommodations, only things that could have been better, was a few more sets of……

“Great cottage on Long Lake!! Has all the needs and the view and wildlife were awesome. Hottub was a nice add. Close enough to Trine for easy back and forth. Would stay here again....”

“If you want to camp and have a camping experience, then this is the perfect spot! Lots of animals to see between the owner's horses and cats. The kitchen and bathroom are both shared spaces, not with the owners, but with the multiple other cabins on the property. So you are not super secluded from other people. We went in October, and the outdoor shower did not have hot water, so it was a rather cold shower. Holly, the owner, did say that they are going to replace the water heater soon, but……

“We stayed for the night for our 11th wedding anniversary. Holly is an amazing host, as soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of Cowboy town along with how it came to be. Then shown our cabin which was so beautiful. It was quiet and private, there was a wedding the next day and even the preparation for that did not interfere with our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice private escape. Thank you Holly”
