“Such a beautiful stay and the host was amazing!”

“I have stayed here before and had great experience. There were a couple of snafoos when I arrived but everything worked out in the end. The stairs going up to my place were not ideal but I survived. I want to thank Rebecca for all her help and kindness. I want to thank the wonderful Kenton for coming down the next morning to do a great job getting my room in tip top shape. And last but not least, Scott. He came down from the Pub to reset my lock to make sure I would be completely safe. I……

“Quaint homey feel.”

“Great property, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4.”

“The place appeared unkept on the outside. There were cigarette buts on the walkway and the tiles were broken. I thought it was strange for a bed to be in the living room and the second bedroom had a table and chairs in it. The bathroom lights were bare light bulbs. It’s an old house and needs some fixing up. It was adequate for our needs.”

“The host is WONDERFUL and addresses issues EFFECTIVELY. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues (such as the gas & electric company coming early in the morning and saying they needed to shut gas/electric off or the Kuerig machine not working) that made the stay a little less relaxing. However, these issues were probably out of the control of the host and the host immediately dealt with these incidents and found resolutions. It was OUTSTANDING service!”

“Beautiful view, cottage had everything and the kayaks were great. Sunset and a fire at the lake were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great little place”

“The place is just as listed and it was perfect for our stay.”

“Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Lots of snacks, coffee stuff centrally located.”

“Nice place, be aware that there are lots of steps.”

“Spacious well equipped home!”

“Great place. Very clean. It felt brand new. All staples you need plus there were snacks, coffee and waters. The po d out back is great for fishing! It was a surprise that the guest house is attached to the main house. However, we never saw or heard anything that impacted our time here. The location is very close to Hillsdale College. There are a handful of places to eat and trails arboretum nearby. 30 min from IMS.”

“Host was very good at communicating. Hot tub needed some attention, as at first there were no jets and by end of stay water was not warm. It was great being able to take my pup. She enjoyed the stay as well. There were a couple issues I messaged with the host about, but overall it was anlively place for rest, relaxation and getting away from it all.”

“We loved our stay here. The entertainment roomWas great for in between trips down to the sand and beach area .kids all loved it . The hosts were very friendly and easy to get ahold of . Definitely hope to return next summer with family if we can get it all worked out .”

“Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as pictured. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.”
