"We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend. It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful. "We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is amazing, nice view, cozy property, friendly staff. Food was great especially the dinner a la carte menu at the restaurant. The lobby decor, seating areas, and garden area were really nice. SPA experience was nice. Special thanks to Maryam, Xaver, and Svenja for making our stay more enjoyable. "
