“A nice chill spot at the swimming pool! I spent hours lounging around, soaking up the sun, and it was just what I needed.”

“Host was very responsive, property was easy to enter, parking was not as tight as anticipated, place was modern and clean. It was too hot for the hot tub but rooftop was a cool feature. “Great location walking distance to downtown and the library. I enjoyed walking my dogs on the beautiful tree-lined streets with neighborhood bunnies popping out to say hello. The space was peaceful and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it for other travelers to Ft Collins.”

“Such a lovely property! AC worked great too.”

“The house was a great. Wonderful space for my family. The check in was a little bumpy. Somehow we didn't get our message for how to check in so we had to wait to receive that information but after that it was smooth sailing. Location is great if you bring your bikes. Great bike paths all over the city. Everything is very close and everyone is super friendly.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”
