“We did not fell the apartment was deluxe as advertised. The area was quite small, the bed was creaky and flimsy. The sofa bed was actually a single soft chair that unfolded into a single bed. Bathroom was tired with broken shower main head and unsecured toilet seat.”

The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. “I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The apartment was infested with bed bugs and management was unresponsive and irresponsible. Check in time was supposed to be at 4pm but when we arrived at 6pm, the apartment was not cleaned when we checked in. There was garbage in the bins, and the bed and mattress were even off the bed frames. Management did response when we notified them that the apartment was not cleaned on the first night and sent someone to come and clean the……

“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……
