Brookside Inn
"It was convenient and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch on a beautiful evening."
Wolastoq Inn and Suites
"The building seemed to have been recently renovated and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Since the well had just been replaced and was awaiting testing, we were asked to not drink the tap water. They supplied us with water bottles to compensate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the outside lights by the door were very bright and stayed on all night. Even with the room darkening curtains closed, the room did not get dark enough for my liking. We would definitely stay there again, though."
A place for adventure in the shadows of Mt Katahdin

!Brand new! Sled Trail Access. 6 minutes to Houlton
"We had such a wonderful stay! The place was brand new, fresh, spotless, and had absolutely everything we could need. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we especially loved the little pantry with games for adults and toys for kids — such a thoughtful touch! The host also left us a lovely basket of treats, which was such a nice and welcoming surprise. You can really tell that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! "
Iveys Motor Lodge Houlton
"Have stayed here before. Always clean. Typical buffet breakfast. They’ve done quite a bit of remodeling. Only thing I didn’t like were the pillows other than that great local motel."
Remodeled 2020 Lake Cabin.
"We loved every minute of our stay!"
Spaulding Lake Cottage: 4-acre lakefront retreat in Northern Maine
"Everything was clean. Cottage was set up nicely for a large group. Lots of games, water toys available. Beautiful setting."
UPNORTH GETAWAY. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom. On the ATV/Snowmobile Trails
"This was our second time staying here! The first time it was just the two of us and we enjoyed it so much we decided to share our rare find with others. We invited 3 other couples to join us and they all felt the same as we did, what a wonderful place. You are out of town but yet close enough it is no bother to go into town to get anything you may need! We went to ride sidexside and Patten ATV Club has such a vast trail system of their own and connects to others that it brings so many smiles and miles for all to enjoy!Annie is by far one of the best hosts we have dealt with, Again a great place for all your wants and needs"
