We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Kids loved the indoor pool. Our only complaint was the hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to that. Would definitely stay again!

We drove for 10 hours straight arrived 3 hours before check-in and was allowed to check-in early and we weren't charged anything extra. A little on the pricey side for the middle of nowhere maine but we did have a hottub room. Extremely clean very nice staff. Honestly only complaint is covers were Extremely thin especially since it's in the 30s at night . Wonderful breakfast starting at 4am

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The guy at check in the first night was very helpful. Housekeeping did not come by at all and we were there for 4 days. Had to ask front desk for more towels and trash bags. The bed was not very comfortable. But, all and all it was good for our stay and close by Baxter state park and Khatadib mt.

I’ve stayed at Katahdin Inn and Suites a few times over the years as part of my trips to hike in the Mt. Katahdin region — it’s been a bit of a tradition. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was very disappointing. While the location is still convenient and the price is affordable, the building feels quite neglected. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hallways and common areas that made the experience uncomfortable and concerning. Sadly, I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

We had a wonderful stay. We had our dog with us and the two guys that work there, Cory and his son were so wonderful with making the pup feel comfortable and loved. I've never been to a hotel that was so friendly with my dog. I would 100% come back here. Thank you guys for making the place feel like home 4 stars for property condition because they were under construction

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. However, common spaces a bit dusty and needs some wiping. Breakfast is very very basic. No cable TV available. Spa not working. WIFI a bit slow.

This property is mid-renovation so is sort of hodge podge. But it's a weird property anyway, with windows overlooking the lobby. The breakfast was a nice surprise.

There was no cable at this hotel. Website says there is but there isn’t. Shower was clean but to get the soap out of the dispenser you will be waiting a while a tiny little drop comes out. Staff were nice. Hot tub was down and they are doing work at the hotel.
