You'll enjoy a private entrance to a recently-renovated and furnished separate 1 bedroom apartment (plus pullout couch) in a historical Alameda Victorian.

The shared backyard is your oasis, with fruit trees, comfy couches, a firepit, and your private patio!

Easy access to a delightful coffee shop and grocery, Webster or Park Streets for delicious food and activities, a short bike ride or drive to Alameda Point for a great view of the City and delicious beers and wines, or a quick bus ride into Oakland.

Laundry on-site is available, just ask.

Alameda visit
The communication with the host in regards to the property and check in was excellent. The property was centrally located. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it.

Good location
A good location and central to Alameda. Overall, a nice place. Quite spacious and full sized kitchen with dishwasher which would be great for a longer stay. A few small things: it would be nice to have additional seating in living room area beside couch and a larger TV would be nice.
