“please apply credit locked room as was promised. i was locked inside the room and could not get out. Staff came up let me out and checked there was an issue with the door lock and stated he will give a credit on the bill this is for room 305”

“Loved the room and the staff were very respectful and nice. Room was spacious- booked 2 queen bed room. And we four stayed comfortably. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast- more healthy breakfast- had eggs, bread, bagels, fruit and related items but no sausage- I love sausage and missed it- but I was ok. Had lots of great restaurants nearby In fact a Korean buffet place was there - I was told we had to do some cooking for it - so didn’t have time to go there.”
