“The hot tub was closed, which was the whole reason I booked this hotel. The room was dirty, with large visible stains on the carpet, curtains, bedding, and couch. The toilet in the bathroom had streaks from previous guests and there were stray hairs throughout the bathroom upon entering. There was food/sauce on the floor of the elevator. I asked for a late check out to take a work meeting in my room before I left and I was told I could only have 30 extra minutes. The keys for my room……
