Perfecte lugging voor op onze doorreis naar Andalucie . Omdat het licht niet werkte op onze kamer Regen we een upgrade naar een hele mooie, royale kamer. Zeker een prettify hotel voor een mooie prijs.

Disappointing

room was nothing like picture. room and contents were well used, tv unplugged and when plugged in blew all fuses. air con not working and could not have window open because there were dustbins below window so room quickly full of flies. staff tried their best but this is reslly basic accommodation

A reservar este hotel en mi vida

Reservé el hotel para mis padres y se han ido a otro hotel, ya que las fotos no son ni parecidas. La cama un desastre, en la ducha no tenía cebolleta, el papel se caía.

HOTEL MUY INSUFICIENTE

La habitación tiene nevera, pero cerrada con llave, por lo que no se puede utilizar. La ducha al tener una mampara insuficiente, se sale mucha agua cuando te duchas. El gel y el champú son impresentables en un hotel de 3 estrellas. Si encuentras otro hotel en la zona es mejor que lo pruebes, antes de ir a éste.

Pratique mais pas glamour

Environs pas très agréables mais sécurisés, accueil en espagnol le français bienqu'annoncé n'est pas pratiqué. Chambre vaste mais assez ancienne le prix bas pour une référence française fait que l’exigence est baissée. Pas de petit déjeuner et vraiment le bar du coin en face est correct. A deux pas du centre et de la place très agréable avec café et bar à la sortie de l'autoroute pratique bruit inexistant dans la chambre. Supermarché et station service à deux pas A vous de voir pratique mais pas glamour

Don’t stay here. Look elsewhere!

Wish I’d slept in my van, it’s cleaner! Moved beds three times as bed bugs, walls made of paper, heard every word people next door where talking about. Lights in hallways worked intermittently and on the 3rd floor they didn’t work at all 10 parking spaces right on the main road next to the rubbish bins. Horrible grubby little town that really isn’t worth the money. Went to check out and they said I have to pay my bill, I already had on the Hotels.com app. One room had been paid for, the other room my card was declined??? Paid the bill just to get out of there and then they couldn’t give me a receipt so going to struggle to claim that back. Hotels.com you need to remove this hotel from your site it’s utter rubbish and I know I’ve stayed in a fair few with work!!

Cama cómoda. Baño falto de limpieza con ropa olvidada por el anterior cliente en toalleros. Se inunda tras la ducha. Recepción y cafetería amables

Todo estropeado

Pagamos por unas condiciones que ni por asomo cumplieron. No tenia frigorífico, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba el sistema electrónico de las llaves, roto el cerrojo.... En el restaurante del hotel no funcionaba la maquina de zumos y la cocina estropeada. Lo mas gracioso de todo fue cuando pusimos una reclamación, la cual no dieron hojas tachadas con tipex y en folios ( los papeles de colores de las copias eran folios por lo que no se calcaban). Sin comentarios, todo parecía de broma
