“Location location location . Clean close to wave action all the amenities you need.”

“My best friend and I stayed here and we loved it. We stayed in the Maui section in room 110. it overlooked the ocean and also the back area of the hotel, which has a fireplace a gazebo and a pool. It was just amazing.”

“This place was a great spot for myself, my 2 teen daughters, and our dog We stayed 5 nights the end of July. It is an older cottage that has been flipped. The kitchen is awesome, but cabinets were full so no place to store groceries (chips, bread, etc) except on the countertops. Beds were okay, bedding needs upgrading! The location is awesome! Very private and the views of the waterway with the live oaks are beautiful. We spent our days on the fabulous dock catching rays and a few fish. The……

“The house had everything you need in a beach house. The location was easy to travel to the beach and has grocery shopping very close.”

“Room and space was clean.”

“Awesome host. Great stay minutes from the beach. Great neighbors and community. Highly recommend!”

“It was a great stay with smaller kids and my sisters. Villa had many extras, made it easy. Will be booking again, thank you for the memories.”

“Great house for 10 family members. Clean and great lay out. Great views and large deck for family gatherings. We all enjoyed.”

“Very spacious for a 1 bedroom! The porch is bigger than it looks in the photos. The location is wonderful. Right across from public beach access and a tiki bar. Very quiet area with easy access to everything else OIB has to offer.”

“My family and I had a nice time. Advantages of the house were 1) a full bathroom per bedroom; 2) Plenty of beach supplies including a bicycle and inflatable pools for the kids; 3) the neighborhood pool; 4) the fenced-in back yard; 5) TV in each bedroom; 6) ceiling fan in each room (once we learned how to turn them on); 7) large porch on the front of the house with plenty of furniture. 8) Outdoor shower was nice. Things that need to be improved to constitute the price of the rental are 1) air……

“Overall, this was a great experience! We had a little difficulty getting in, but the host had this resolved in reasonable time. Once we were in, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities. The walk to the beach was easy, and we loved the pool! It was wonderful being able to see and listen to the beach from both balconies. Very relaxing spot!”

“I have stayed in many units in this community through the years. This condo was not at all as presented. Condo was dirty and in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Dirty grout in the master shower, dirty floor grout, dust in closets, dirty baseboards, and dirty kitchen drawers (hair in the silverware drawer). Would not stay in that unit again. Very disappointed! ”

“Clean, quiet area and close to places we wanted to go. Communication with host was helpful with fast responses. We had a great stay at the Turtle Shack.”

“Wonderful! Very clean! Great location.”

“Room was excellent - clean and well stocked!!Wish there would have been an elevator - I am 60 and a lot of steps to third floor. Also, a lot of steps up and down over the dune to get to the beach.”

“Great little house about 15mins from the beach! And the area is very quiet. It was a last minute get away from my family. The tiny house was perfect get away for us. Only thing we had problem with was falling alseep, because how much light from the street light was coming into the house at night. It would be night to have blackout curtains through out the house. Made it hard to fall asleep and get into a deep sleep. We are looking forward to our next stay there.”

“The house was modern, comfortable, and super clean, with all the basic essentials (toiletries, paper products) included. The coffee bar was a nice touch and appreciated.Location was convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping and the beach.I would definitely stay here again.”
