The pool had hair floating in the water. The room didn’t have enough towels. The room are old and the walls need to be repaired

Easy access and parking wasn’t an issue. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The property is older so the hot tub and pool and rooms were ok. The room didn’t stay cool even with lowering temp on air conditioner. Staff seemed like they didn’t enjoy being there. With the high rating on Expedia, I had higher expectations.

We love staying here. It could use a little updating but other than that there's no complaints. The breakfast is really good. We love how close you are to town and the ocean. The staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Traveling with 2 children and my husband. We were provided a room on the 3rd floor. After collecting my keys and walking away the lady at the front desk yelled to not open the slider or go out into the deck because "its being worked on". Get to our room and the slider is wide open. The outaide deck was completely gone. Huge injury liability. The slider lock was also broken. We had to stack the furniture in fron of the door to protect our children. Absolutely unacceptable for a roomt that was $289 a night ! On top of the saftey concerns, the room was not very clean with newer food stains on the bed and couch. The tub was cracked and unsafe. The free breakfast is a joke. Limited options and they were lazy on restocking the food. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !

Absolutely DISGUSTING! We decided for Mother’s Day weekend we would come spend some time at the beach. When looking at hotels this one came up and I saw the poor reviews and saw that the issues might have been corrected by the new management. So we get here and we get in the room and it is GROSS… we flip back the sofa bed and see it’s ripped up and has CHIPS on the mattress. And the mattress doesn’t have any sort of sheets or anything protecting the guests from the mattress itself. So we take some pictures so we can show the people in the front and as we were walking out I notice the sink is also disgusting and filled with sand telling me this room wasn’t cleaned between guests. So we go up to the front and the lady working says “I need to get my manager” and we look out and the manager is just smoking w**d right in front of the doors of the establishment. So he comes it and tells us they don’t put sheets on the pull out beds unless asked and they can’t replace the mattress because they don’t have one. We ended up deciding not to stay at this location due to the absolute DISGUSTING room.
