Our 4 bedroom cozy cottage is right in the middle of downtown OV, so you're a quick 2miles or 7min from the sand. Freshly renovated, on the first floor you'll find a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds adjacent to the full bathroom.

Walk through the kitchen and take 13 steps upstairs to find 2 additional matching bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a twin plus another full bath in between.

Each room is equipped with its own mini split and smart TV to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach.

The downstairs bath features a tub w/shower while upstairs bath is just a shower, you'll also find an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after being in the sand all day.

A fully stocked kitchen makes eating-in easy, large fridge with room for 2 families’ groceries, a mini fridge for convenient beverage storage, drip coffee maker w/ K-cup adapter, toaster oven and plenty of basic cooking utensils.

BBQ out back, enjoy a camp fire or walk to any number of local favorites like Ocean View Brewing, Fin & Claw, John West Park and Bonkey's Ice Cream is right through our back yard.

While sheets and pillows are provided you can save money by bringing towels or we can recommend a service that will drop off and pick up towels for your stay. Starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels are provided.
