“No receptionist to speak with directly at the property! By phone the lady just kept telling me she had emailed me my information for the code to access to the building & my room & would not provide me the information. I waited an additional 3hrs to resolve this issue. The floors looked like they had survived a flood & smelled just as bad! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures!
