Upon arrival, the house was unlocked. The furnace had been switched over to AC and a house temperature inside was 50. We turned the furnace thermostat up and proceeded to unpack. Erin was the perfect hostess. Great comms from beginning to end. Brand new eat-in kitchen, with induction range; BBQ in the backyard -- Sunripe farm market, No Frills, and Superstore minutes away for eating in convenience.
