“I booked my room through Expedia. I arrived at 9pm and the front desk employee asked for my name. My name was not in the system. I gave her my confirmation number. She said that someone else was checked in under my confirmation number. I had my receipt from Expedia with MY name, date for reservation, confirmation number and itinerary number and the card I paid with. I told her I could give her my ID and my card to show they matched the confirmation number. She had to call the owner which then……
