“Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location”

“I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall.
Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I……

“I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. “Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. ”

“Front desk not so friendly nor accommodating. Host not responsive and inaccurate with details. The unit is dated and not that clean. Towels are rough and old. You have to ask for toilet rolls and trash liners. No drinking water available. Kitchenette with rusty stove with a very old scratchy aluminum pot and pan and a not working microwave oven. Book at your own risk I should say.”

"Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the swimming pool in booking websites. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu hotels worldwide, the stay was still pleasant and maintained well, above average and value for money. Very good location."

"The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."
