This is a legal suite and conforms to Short Term Rental legislation and restrictions introduced in 2024. Town of Oliver Business Licence # 2024416 valid to Dec. 31 2025, and the BC Provincial Registration # H700955404 Valid to Feb 2026

Basement suite in a house built in 2019, all new furniture in 2021, patio, BBQ, lots of parking!

The basement suite offers, 2 bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, nice yard off the patio.

Great spot to explore the Okanagan!

Patrick's place is exactly as described and is clean and well-appointed! The air-conditioning was even on which was such a relief to arrive to on a 38°C day! Nice and private, quiet, spacious and a great spot to explore the area by car. Bathroom and kitchen well stocked with the essentials, there were even beach towels to take for a swim at the lake! Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and it even worked well for our 7-month-old baby!

Great suite near it all in Oliver

Great communication with host, immaculately clean suite, comfortable furniture and modern appliances (new). Very nice outdoor area with grill and patio. Plenty of off-street parking for my trailer, 5 minutes to track, wineries, town... I would definitely stay there again.
