“Confort calme et détente”

“My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. ”

“The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. The only form to fill in for breakfast had already been used by the previous……

“Basic mais propre et efficace”

Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with……

“However the design of room is not quite good as the sound of wind blow keep bothering us the whole night.”
