“Nice unit. Basically, everything we needed was there. Great location. You have to pull a little on the door handle when turning the door key. Just advice. It had us scared a little when we first tried to get in. Hope to go again.”

“We had a great visit. Quiet and well kept.”

“Clean and comfortable.”

“The description mentions a supply of laundry items. There is no laundry facility. The fridge makes a gurgling noise about every 20 seconds and the AC on and off all night is tough to sleep to. Easy fixes that can be made. Good for a night or two.”

“Wonderful stay. Great communication with owner and the pool and outdoor space were perfect. ”

“Perfect location for a person traveling for work . Hospital , Beach and Mercato all under a mile away . Got to enjoy Beautiful sunsets and take a few bicycles rides when not working . Bed was comfortable and having a washer dryer was helpful . Would stay again”

“The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning……

“Excellent staff...everyone. Rooms were also great.”

“It had window AC units and one of them was leaking inside the house in the living room, big puddle, we had to put four towels, they allow dogs and they had a yard on the back, but not only wasn’t private, but the fence had holes that the dogs cannot stay there Loose, because they could go into the neighbors through the fence holes, property needs upgrades. Bikes lock didn’t work with the code they provided us.”

“Nice place!”
