“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “What a gem! My husband and I brought his parents for the weekend to tour Solvang and Santa Ynez. This was the perfect location! This two bedroom apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated having two full bathrooms and the large kitchen. "I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door laughing even whispering. Didn’t sleep well at all. "
