“The property was very beautiful and clean. The rooms are very well maintained and they provided room service everyday. This building is family owned and they are so kind and helpful, ready to answer any question you may have. They also make in house breakfasts, and everything is delicious. “交通非常便利，有免費停車場，酒店從後門步行10分鐘，乘坐6號巴士，車費1.5 歐，可直達威尼斯水鄉巴士總站，購買24小時的小島交通套票，還可以包括6號巴士。
退房時不小心把護照和錢遺留房間保險箱內，幸好酒店服務員幫忙放在前台待我回去取。
酒店早餐非常豐富，附近步行7分鐘左右有很多評分很高的餐廳，價廉物美，所以盡量避免在島上捱貴價晚餐。在意思利多天參觀雙年展，天氣酷熱，可惜酒店自助沒有洗衣機。”

"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.

"The hotel is very closed to the central station, 2 mins walk, easy to find and the street is safe. Only 10pm one train to Venice. Restaurants, cafe and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The owner is super friendly. I will choose this place if I come back again. "

"The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy.
It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia.
However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. "
