This one-story home includes a luxurious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin-size beds, both of which share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed and shares a bathroom, while the fifth bedroom offers two twin-size bunk beds. Making this home the perfect space to accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably. With its convenient location near theme parks, this home is an ideal vacation destination.

The neighborhood boasts a plethora of amenities, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, a game room, a concierge service, and a cyber cafe. Outside, renters can enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa, tiki bar, volleyball court, basketball court, and a playground.
Terra Verde Resort's location is perfect for renters who want to be close to Orlando's major attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The neighborhood is also near shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for day-to-day living.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**
We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.
**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**
Our SPA is connected to the pool and provides a relaxing experience! To enjoy both, you'll need to request the pool heater, which does come with an additional fee. Just a head’s up: it can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.
*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"
The spa jets are currently not functioning. The spa can still be used for soaking, but the jets are temporarily out of service. We appreciate your understanding.

Third cars must be parked parallel to the sidewalk, and all other parking rules must be followed—failure to comply will result in towing at your expense.
