-Linens & Towels: Towels, sheets, duvets, and pillows are provided but not replaced during your stay. Use the washer and dryer as needed.
-Grill Use: Available for $65 per stay (cleaning and propane included).
-Packages: Deliveries are accepted during your stay (UPS, FedEx, AMAZON, DHL only). We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
-Forgotten Items: Please check for belongings at checkout; we are not liable for items left behind.
-Late Check-Ins: For arrivals after 11 PM, notify us in advance.
-Cleaning: The home is cleaned before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee.
-Trash: Dispose of trash daily at the resort dumpster.
The condominium has a gate-coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and to provide a peaceful stay. This community also has its own leisure amenities such as a pool, gym, and other facilities; however, there is a daily fee of $100 + 6,5% Txs to have access to the clubhouse and its facilities. On the other hand, there is a restaurant inside the clubhouse to which no fee is required to have access.
