Very polite and answered all of my questions before I even arrived. Let him know I was coming in early, and he accommodated for me to check in a little earlier which was a huge help. “Everything from the house to the property was amazing!!! the only downside is entering the property. cars were backed up for at least half a mile and it took a long time to get in every time we returned from an outing. My husband had an argument with the security guard because his pass was not scanning so he was told he could not come in. They really need to come up with a better check in system.”

“Check in/out was super easy and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby was modern, clean, and welcoming. Room was average; clean sheets/bedding and towels, bed was comfortable. Appliances were new and clean. Bathroom was dated and a bit grungy, counter and table tops were in need of cleaning, and the floors (while obviously newer) were pretty scuffed and damaged. Some dead bugs around room, but no evidence of bed bugs or live roaches. Some people hanging around outside after dark, but……
