The space

This home comfortably sleeps 12-15 people in tastefully decorated bedrooms sure to delight all ages. Select the theme that fits you best! The tropical beach second floor master bedroom features a king bed and large bathroom with soaking tub and glass shower. The first floor master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king bed and private bathroom with dual vanity.



The EPCOT room houses a king bed and has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The Toy Story room is bright and fun. In this room you will find a double bed before climbing the stairs to reach the top twin bunk. The Mickey room is delightfully decorated with Mickey and Minnie. This room includes a master bed and private bath. But the castle room is an all time favorite. This room has two twin beds that sit in front of a wall of fireworks that shine behind Cinderella’s castle. Tinker bell enchants this room with her pixie dust.



When you aren’t sleeping, what are you in the mood for? The Star Wars rec room is designed for fun and games. It includes an Xbox with Game Pass, air hockey, pool table and shuffleboard. In the mood for a movie night? The Theater room has reclining sofas and an 85” tv complete with surround sound. Need some peace and quiet to relax?



The Harry Potter Loft is just the place for you. Curl up with a good book surrounded by Hogwarts, the library with floating shelves, 9 3/4 Station and a place to hang your invisibility cloak. The loft includes a sleeper sofa and 65” tv.



Enjoy the sunny Florida weather by the south facing pool and spa that overlooks a lovely lake. There is simply nothing nicer than having your morning coffee and watching the herons, deer and occasional flamingo on the lake banks. Then catch some rays in a lounge chair and splash in the pool.



The pool area is sunny all day. Love the outside but not the full sun? The conversation area is situated under the lanai in full view of the pool and lake. The community is 6 miles from the Disney World entrance and the Disney Springs area. Take the less traveled Osceola Parkway directly to the WDW property and be at the parks or back home again in under 10 min. Sea World is 10 miles and the Universal Theme parks are just around 12 miles from the house. Up for some shopping? The Outlets are a 10 minute drive and the Mall of Millenia is just 20 minutes away. The community has easy access to the Orlando International airport, 14 miles away, as well as the Sun Rail which provides easy access to Miami and points south.



Need a water-filled, non-park day? Spend the day at the community water park complete with the famed lazy river, water slides, mini-golf, kayaks, and a splash pad for the little ones. Relax and enjoy a refreshing drink at the tiki bar by the large, refreshing pools. Is the beach calling you? Cocoa Beach is only an hour east and Tampa is a quick hour west.
