On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing from the battery/engine, went back inside to find one, and brought out another technician or mechanic who was also exceptionally kind and professional. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Please identify these two individuals who were on duty that morning and extend our heartfelt thanks to them.
